IF YOU LOSE YOUR PASSWORD DO NOT WORRY
Click on My Account or Open an Account today in the top right of the screen
Providing you have already set up an account for yourself. Go to the Right hand box, Click, Password forgotten click here.
Add your email address and a NEW Password will be sent to you
NOTE the new password is machine generated and is encrypted for your security. No one knows this password but you.
When the password comes in to your email box go back to www.cardcraft-uk.co.uk
Click My Account again and add your email address to the box where requested
Next add the password sent to you to the Password box.
Be very carefully to copy it exactly as sent to you
it will include letters and numbers, upper and lower case and it must be input exactly.
Be careful with number 1 and l lower case L can look alike
Be careful with the lower case L and the upper case i as they look alike
Be careful with O and 0 the capital O and the zero can look alike.
If the new password sent is hard to input because of the above request another. You can request as many as you want till you get an easy one.
When a correct email address and password has been input you will be allowed to log in again
Once you have logged in look for your personal details and password details you can change your password here to something easy to remember
The system will ask you to input your existing password, this is the one sent to you, the one you loged in with. Make sure this is exact.
It will then ask you to input your new password (something easy for you to remember) and to repeat it. Press to accept and you are now back to a password that in known only to you and is easy for you to remember.
Please take a look around your account, it lists your details, you can send to another person at another address if you wish. You can aalso view your orders and order history.
Before requesting a new password make sure the one you are editing is correct, also make sure your CapsLock Key is not on this is the most common mistake we can all make.
PASSWORDS are case sensitive, Upper case and Lower case letter must be put in exactly the same as before or in the new password sent to you
