The background card is white for the snow torn to create layering of the snow. The sky is black glitter and the speckles are reflections of light from the glitter card. The mon is cut our with a cicle punch and distressed with Tim Holtz distress ink pad wild honey.
Marianne Design ~ Create stunning die cut shapes, or even emboss paper using it. This die will work in most leading die cutting machines (instructions to use in the Cuttlebug are included).
