When I am putting my sandwich through it is not giving a clean cut, what can I do?

If the result of die-cut is giving an incomplete cut, please add a shim (piece of paper at least as large as your die templates) between the A (base plate) and your die template to increase pressure while die cutting.  This is common with thin dies on all machines.

What is the warranty on the machine?

There is a 1 year warranty with the machine where you can come directly to us for any help. We will get in touch with our suppliers & ask Spellbinders UK to fix/replace the machine. After this time if you have any problems please email customersupport@spellbinders.us they will then get there UK Repairman to contact you regarding your machine.

How do I use thin metal dies by other companies in my Spellbinders Grand Calibur machine?

The sandwich for the wafer-thin metal dies is the same sandwich as Spellbinders die templates in the Spellbinders Grand Calibur machine.

How do I use a Cuttlebug, Darice, Sizzix or Die’sire embossalicious embossing folder in my Spellbinders Grand Calibur Machine?

Start with the C cutting plate on the bottom. Place the folder with cardstock on top of the C cutting plate and cover with the Grand raspberry plate. Insert into the front of the Spellbinders Grand Calibur Machine. Turn the handle and the sandwich exits at the back of the machine.
